Is this a birch or an aspen, or something else entirely?
Ceramics are ubiquitous in Yeoju (and Korea in general), and they are of uncommon quality and design.Spices, roots and grains that are regularly sold at the streetside.
The "no-car street" market, which takes place on every fifth day of the month.
This is Yeoju.
Learning the ins and outs of Seoul Metro
The Seoul Metro cop shop in Itaewon. Yes, the police here have their own anime-styled characters. I could (and very well might) do a page just on cute Korean signage. For example:
A highway department facility outside of Seoul
A shopping center between Yeoju and Icheon, I think.
The mega-apartment blocks outside of Seoul (and in other cities; there are a few of these gigantic clusters in Yeoju).
A crazily mirrored staircase below Chakraa Indian restaurant in Seoul's Itaewon district
A rainbow done by one of the kindergarten students
Panchan explosion

Gaming, gaming, gaming. The boys at left were watching a show that puts players head-to-head (or mouse-to-mouse) while younger kids played little arcade games after class.
Students' shoes by the front door
One of the roads out of downtown. The swastika indicates either a Buddhist restaurant or meeting place. The symbol had a long history before the Nazis' perverse use of it.
